I just happened to see this at a pharmacy but knew it would be cheaper at Walmarts, which it was. I bought one and use it all day every day and like the fact it could be microwave heated or freezer cooled. i use it heated all day. Because this item has really helped my lower back pain, i went ahead %26 bought the 3 pack, o id have an extra for myself %26 2 others for family members with pack pain as well. And they love it just as i do. i now have the copper gel knee%26 neck supports, heating them all for 40 sec in the micro. Definitely well worth purchasing %26 DO recommend this item for some relief. it wont cure my pain due to pathology in there, but it certainly does help relieve some of the pain.

By wearing this, it truly helped me walk a long ways without back pain. What a difference it made! I injured my back and have basically not been able to walk. Physical therapist works with me and I went so far today without pain and it was because I was wearing this! I love it. Love the way they designed it to tighten.
