Best canned beans on the market!

We like bushes the best. We use it to make beanie weanie so your mileage may vary what you think of us and our review, ha ha ha. I always buy the vegetarian because it has the lowest sodium, but if you don't care about sodium, you could always buy the kind with the bacon in it and and then have a contest to see who can find the little teeny tiny piece of bacon that all these companies throw into the can of baked beans. Been buying these beans for 40 years. I recommend!

Gawsh, I love Bushs. I purchased the Vegetarian because I am allergic to bacon, but let me tell you. These are always great. Even right out of the container at midnight, standing by the fridge. I put these on hot dogs, or cut up hot dogs in it, and as mentioned..right out of the container. I do live alone, so my secret about the eating at midnight has been revealed for the first time. Never considered using in other recipes, but I'm open to it!

Went over very well as a meat free option for our picnic. Most people there asked what we did to them. Our response was a shoulder shrug followed by "opened the cans and poured them into a Dutch oven on top of the stove". Many said they never would have bought them because they were pork free. We ran out during 'seconds'.
