This is a treat product. It comes as stated that it is great right from the pop top can. While it is a bit pricey and this one small can is only sufficient for one adult and great for a quick sandwhich it is quality high protein. However, it is just chunks minus the skin and bones which amounts to the same volume so called meat you get from the other same size cans that are not pop top and are more dense with skin, bones and much more fishy in a slurpy mess that you can't eat and must remove bones, skin but fish which is more similar to the tuna albacore pack. This pop top style is small chunks about the same size ln the can in a fish gelatin and while great for crackers, sandwiches, salads it reveals just how little the fish amount is in the can so you may need 2 cans of this product for yourself for one meal. But this is great to take along for picnics or long train or bus rides.
