Great flavor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Knorr Beef concentrated stock is very good. I made a meatloaf and Beef Stroganoff with it so far and the flavor is really good. It is made with real beef, no artificial flavors colors or preservatives. This jar contains 33 cups worth of stock.It does not take up much shelf space compared to other box broths. It is not overly salty tasting but the sodium content is high. This is my new go to for beef flavoring, a great product.

Great tasting

Of course, it can be used as soup stock, but my wife also uses it as the main sauce in Chinese stir-fry (without the MSG). It is a high quality product, which enhances any dish with beef flavor.

I've added it to my mashed potatoes and added a bit of garlic and everyone raved about the flavor. I have added it to gravies and added a bit too much forgetting that it was concentrated. I have to keep mindful of that. It works wonders in stews and soups. I want to add it to some barbecue dishes, which will happen around Memorial day. I definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to boost the flavor of their dishes. I was a bit hesitant as the date was not visible / had faded. But it didn't affect the quality of the stock flavor.
