Fabulous, turn leftovers into quesadillas.
Don't forget to marinate for several hours and brush more marinade on while grilling. No steak sauce needed! We grill onions, peppers and mushrooms with the steak and it's a fabulous combination. Use the leftovers to make quesadillas the next day. Make sure you cook extra because is hard to have any leftovers! You will love it! Mexican flare, not spicy just full of flavor.
