Great Tool, Description Needs Improvement

This tool is very handy to allow a 3/8 inch drive torque wrench to be used on hard to access 1/2 inch head bolts/nuts where a standard socket on a torque wrench will not fit. Can also be used with a ratchet or breaker bar to better access some difficult to get to fasteners. The tool is made in USA and has very good fit and finish. The description of this tool on the web site as of 9/2017 is not helpful however. It does not give a clue as to the socket size, which is 1/2 inch in this case.. The "2-3/4 in" is the overall length of the adapter and is not very useful info when doing a search for the item you need.. Note: You must calculate and adjust the torque value for the additional 2 inches that this adds to the torque wrench length. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
