I was skeptical about trying this, but I needed to incorporate protein in my diet, and I love my coffee, and I saw that there was caffeine in it. I actually love this now. I replaced my coffee in the morning with this. It is enough to get me going and I'm getting my protein.. it does taste pretty good!
