I love the taste .It satisfies me I bought it because I don't always get enough vitiamins and minerals because I don't always eat like I should due to being sick but I don't recommend using this product as sole nutrition .Eat at least a piece of toast and then drink a glass of this because your body needs something in it to function and you don't want to deprive yourself of food .This is to help you if you feel sliggish due to health or if you want an alternative to harsh energy drinks without the jitters and axiety you get with Red Bull this is a great alternative and a lot better for you .You get the energy natually instead of a fast and harmful way you will get it natural. Try it for yourself I don't know how it will make everyone feel everyone is different but I have good results so far

I prefer the product in the canister, as it is easier to scoop out my preferred amount (I like one extra tablespoon for flavor). I like the envelopes for traveling.
