Where are the parts?
Four years ago when my Kitchen Aid micro failed, I replaced it with this Whirlpool version of the same model, just the name was different. Now, this Whirlpool has failed— after four years. According to the repairman, it's the transformer, and there are no replacement parts. I purchased the built in trim kit, and had it installed as a built in not a countertop model. So, it makes replacing it with another brand difficult, time consuming, and more costly. It's very frustrating! Where are the parts? What can be done?

Piece of junk
Ours lasted 2 years & died. Almost impossible to get out of the wall thanks to the 4 screws in the trim. If it weren't for the matching oven, I would not buy Whirlpool ever again. It gets 2 stars for appearance and function for the 2 short years of its life.
