We just gotta face it. Most keto stuff is NOT going to taste like non-keto food that's full of sugar and carbs! That being said, I've had other keto cereal that cost way more than this and there's really not much difference. So I prefer to get it locally rather than wait forever through the mail. I eat this with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and sometimes I add a packet of Splenda for a little more sweetness. Is it as sweet as Fruit Loops? Of course not but after being keto for nearly 2 years the taste buds change. So yeah, I like it and I'll keep buying it!

It's Keto, half the price per ounce of other Keto cereals, stays crunchy in milk for a very long time, is grain free, high in protein and tastes great. What is there not to like? Does it taste the same as high sugar cereals made from inflammatory grains? Of course not, but it won't lead to diabetes, heart disease, clogged arteries, high blood pressure and metabolic syndrome like they do.
