Absolutely delicious

As an avid fan of the podcast The Sporkful Podcast and loved the impastable series, I had to try the new GF version of cascatelli. I found the pasta to live up to its hype. The chickpea flavor is subtle, and I liked that it was not overwhelming. I have tasted other chickpea pasta where the chickpea flavor was obvious and I did not like that aspect. Sauces holds really well with the pasta. I love the chew too. It is so much fun to eat. I should note that I found 11 minutes to be the perfect amount of time to cook the pasta. Overall great product. Definitely will try Banza's other products.

Our family loves Banza

We love to eat Banza pasta at our house! It makes it simple to add protein to any meal, such as casseroles or cold pasta salads. I can use just a little meat for flavor and make a family favorite a lot less fatty (like just 1 pound ground chuck in 10 quarts of pasta e fagioli). It takes a bit of practice at first to learn how to watch the Banza pot for al dente texture, but it's easy and quick. Best of all.... it just tastes like regular pasta! Not corn or quinoa or something else. I'm happy to see so many other people like Banza (like my doctor and my dietician), because its success means I can find it easily. When it's in stock! LOL

Banza is a game changer!

First of all I received my order VERY quickly. Nicely done. I absolutely love this pasta. I'm on an eating plan for weight loss that involves balancing protein and carbs. One of the things I've stayed away from is pasta - which, as an Italian, is very difficult. So I was thrilled to find Banza. I've tried the Cavatappi so far. One 2.5 oz serving with 4oz chicken and 1/2 c tomato sauce had about equal protein and carbs. But more importantly - it was both filling and delicious! Thank you so much for this product!
