I am not writing this review as a part of any promotion. I did not receive compensation for writing this review. I thought I would receive two but I did not. I contacted customer service and was issued a refund immediately. I was told this is a marketing error that the third party seller must correct. I received outstanding customer service. This strap works perfectly. Just as described. I used it for the first week after total knee replacement to lift my leg/foot into shower/tub and to raise leg/foot up on to the bed. This is shown in the description as a pair. It is not. It is a single leg lifting strap.
