In order to stop all the bleeding and staining we recommend that you do a really good rinse with cooler water, rinse the hair until the water runs clear, shampoo the hair really good making sure all excess color is being shampooed out, rinse again with cooler water until the water runs clear, apply conditioner allowing it to set for a few minutes then do the last final rinse with cooler water until the water runs clear. Splat is a semi-permanent color / direct dye and these types of dyes just coat the hair meaning they sit on the hair shaft and don't really penetrate unless the hair is very porous
