I am writing to file a warranty claim for the brake rotors in this order. Although they were advertised for my 2002 Honda Civic, they are defective. Upon professional installation, the rotors caused a severe metal-on-metal grinding noise while the vehicle was in motion—even when the brakes were not applied. ​The technician determined that the rotors are out of spec and physically interfere with the brake assembly, making the car unsafe to drive. Under Detroit Axle's 10-Year Warranty for brake rotors, I am requesting a full refund. Because this is a safety and fitment defect, I am also requesting a prepaid return shipping label. Please resolve this immediately as the car is currently unusable with these parts
