Like the product. Very upset with the delivery!! Items were in small brown envelope; no plastic covering. The item was thrown in the snow by my mailbox. It would have fit in the box( since had snow would have been ok to put in box). But no. It was half buried in the snow. Don’t know if the ink will be ok since no plastic to protect it. Could have put it in a Walmart bag %26 hung from the mailbox. No in the snow. Extremely upset with the delivery service! Use common sense
