we have ordered this item many times from this seller but our last order I picked up at the post office had a hole in the bag. The tape on the box was coming off like it had already been opened. The bag of flour had a hole in it and the flour had a really bad smell like it was expired. so I took it to the store to return it. I was told that the store would ship it back to the seller and it would be up to the seller if I received a refund. That was on July 25 2025 and as of August 3 2025 I still haven't received a refund. so we are going to go back to buying our flour from Amazon.
