To connect your receipt printer with the Square app, follow these steps for a smooth setup process. First, open the Square app and navigate to the Settings menu. From there, select Hardware, then tap on Printers. Choose the Assign option, followed by Create New Printer Profile. Enter a custom name for your printer profile to easily identify it. Next, under the profile settings, select Receipts and toggle the option to On to enable receipt printing. After configuring your preferences, navigate back and tap Save to finalize the setup. Your printer is now ready for use with Square Stand or Square Register, enabling reliable and efficient receipt printing for your business.
