Looks promising!

While I won't be enjoying my new product until after the holidays, I am providing positive feedback based on a previous order (spinach paneer), which was absolutely delicious. My only recommendation at least based on the spinach paneer is that the product be heated on the stovetop instead of the microwave. Stovetop heating allows for a small amount of condensing, which adds body and thickness to the dish. Otherwise, all good!

So tasty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is so yummy! The eggplant is silky and the chunks of squash are very tender. The entire dish is incredibly flavorful and the perfect medium spice level. The pouches are incredibly convenient and easy to store. This meal could not be easier to prepare. This dish is hearty and comforting served over rice. Each pouch easily serves two people when you serve it atop rice or another accompaniment. I received this product for free for testing and review purposes.
