The real health prostate formula works as described. The product I had been using obviously wasn't doing the job... Seeing that the Real Health contained saw palmetto, I gave it a try. It is a 90 day supply, and it took about 2 months before I was experiencing total benefits. If you're suffering acute symptoms, I suggest buying 2 bottles. My doctor said four caps , 2 twice a day, would be good. I stayed with the recommendation on the package, 3 per day.

It's been working great for 30 years
By the time I was in my 40's, I was peeing about every 20 minutes all day long, and waking up to go two or three times a night. I started using this product, three caplets at breakfast, and I can last for many hours without the urge, and sleep through the night, and I'm now 72. I used to buy it on line direct from Real Health, but they redesigned their website with ultra-low contrast, making it almost impossible to read. I started buying it at CVS, which cost more, but I didn't have to pay for shipping. Ordering it from Walmart, it was much cheaper, and buying two at a time, shipping is free! It's a great deal on a great product. (I tried a few others from time to time, but none worked as well as this one.
