GLUTEN FREE HEAVEN

We've been searching for a while for a gluten free lasagna noodle for my son who is gluten-sensitive. As usual, gluten-free means more expensive but these noodles are worth every penny. Awesome taste for the entire family.

THE best brown rice pasta you can get.

I was excited to see that Swanson carried all of the types of Tinkyada pasta since our WF no longer carries it. I have even fooled my Italian in-laws with this brand only. Others fall apart easily especially on reheating. Put it in a pan and heat SLOWLY, or let come to room temp. You can nuke it but I wouldn't-it's organic, why ruin it.
