Cooking Directions: 1. Bring 5 quarts water to a boil. Add salt, if desired. 2. Empty contents of package into boiling water. 3. Cook uncovered, stirring frequently, for 4 to 7 minutes or until desired tenderness is reached. 4. Drain and serve. Noodles used in soups or casseroles should not be boiled more than 4 minutes. Do not freeze. Store in a cool, dry place.

Good Noodles
I ordered these noodled to make chicken noodle soup and they are really good , I like the size and the shape. They are not the curly noodles nor the big wide ones , they are just the right size for soups and other recipes that call for noodles. They cooked up in minutes , I just tossed them right into the soup and let them cook along with the vegetables as the meat was already cooked prior and the soup came out great ! I will be using the noodles with Alfredo sauce and maybe even with meatballs. They have a good texture and are a staple in my pantry. Great noodles at a really good price. PS: If you want thick or curly noodles these are not for you. These are like the old fashion noodles that your grandma used to use and they are awesome.
