Love the Chair - It's the little things

This was actually purchased for a friend the lives with me. Previously she had a 3 position chair. She needs to have her legs up most of the time and with the 3 position chair it made her lay down. With this Felix chair she can sit in whatever position she likes - upright or down. But the best part is the foot rest - when it is up, there is an extra piece that comes up so that her entire foot is on the foot rest (the old chair ended right at the calf where she has major pain due to wounds that won't heal and neuropathy. After one month, very pleased - and you can't beat the price!!!

1) little higher price than last dual motor lift chair purchased, also from Sams. (2) independently set back rest will move forward when chair lift is operated - not what we wanted but also not a totally bad thing to have happen. OVERALL: satisfied and a nice chair in size with easy operation.

Delivery Not What I Thought

This chair was delivered before the actual delivery date which was fantastic! The chair was in good condition and the Central Freight employee was excellent. The chair was ordered for my 90 yr old father and I thought it would be delivered and setup in his home. It was brought in a large box, and left at his front door. When I asked about bringing it inside, I was told the freight company doesn't do that. This is a heavy chair and slightly complicated to setup. So just be aware that you will have to set it up and bring it into your home yourself.
