Made chicken noodle soup for my daughter when she was feeling a little under the weather. Instead of the normal noodles that we usually use, I figured I would get these and make it a little fun for her. She loved these noodles! It was a good change up from our usual. I would love to get these again, however I dislike that they do not carry this at my Walmart. I had to get them delivered, which wasn't a huge deal since I was planning on using them a few days after I had placed the order. They definitely soak up the broth so be mindful as to how much you put in!

Addictive Di Pepe!

I don't know why I'm so addicted to these tiny little pastas! I just love using them in simple broth soups usually with mirepoix %26 tomato in one form or another (salsa, diced can, or sauted grape tomatoes are extra delicious!) The pasta boils up directly in the broth in 10-15 minutes (don't use too much pasta or it will take away all your liquid) %26 has such a "comfort food" feeling going down. And of course buying in bulk keeps the cost down %26 works well for me since I go through it so fast!
