These light look very nice considering they're plastic, glass portion is textured glass (plastic) that puts out a cool pattern of light on our deck. Installed them November in Wisconsin and stay on till 9 or 10 which is approximately 6 hours which isn't bad for solar in the winter. I do wish that the light color would be adjustable. We have other solar lights that are color adjustable which is nice for holidays. Bought this because the nicer appearance was more important than color changing. Nice looking lights.

Nice solar lights

These solar post lights look very nice on the corner posts on my raised garden beds. I bought %26 used 4 lights. They all work except one has stopped working after putting them on my posts. Not sure if the sun can't hit it to recharge it or not. I moved it to see if it is now getting full sun. They do look nice at night.
