Milan mirror

This particular mirror is a complete fail. Tech support really has no idea what they are talking about.

Blind spot and cross-traffic functionality are lost with these mirrors. They sent me two... both failed by triggering the same errors. After telling me the first one must be defective and sending me another that failed, they told me I had to go to a dealer with the second one to get it 'reprogrammed' which was complete malarkey. I talked to service at a Ford Dealer and they said, "Yeah, whoever said that is lying. There is no such thing as reprogramming Blind Spot and Cross Traffic for a replacement mirror. It should plug and play." I found this to be true because if I plug in the original mirror, the electronics work just fine. Super disappointed in this company.
