Working good for industrial setting !!

Bought about 6 of these over several years - using them in industrial setting - and have held up fine. Making this review due to the number of people complaining about them - & I've had no trouble. And... p.s. - if the packaging defeats you, perhaps you ought to consider its an operator problem !!!! :)

No Problems

Take all of the tape off and expose the plastic packaging. Tool rests in holder that pivots on back and low. Holder pivots and swings down and out. Only use hex not a round bit with a three jaw head. Tool has a knurled head that slides up and down on shaft to open and lock bits. Doesn't move much.

Works great.

Not really sure why people have had so many problems with these not letting bits go... Maybe they are trying to open them in the wrong direction?! I have had no issues whatsoever with these. They are VERY useful with wood spade bits and wood hole saws... I am a licensed plumber by trade...
