When we received our order, several pieces were missing. I contacted the company regarding this issue. Customer service was excellent. They immediately shipped all the missing pieces. We were able to have a complete set and it looks fabulous. I love this set. It is the all black. Assembly had some challenges but overall it is doable. The material is sturdy and our patio looks great. I would recommend this item and company. We are very happy we made this purchase.
