The Compreflex Knee by Sigvaris® is a short stretch compression wrap that offers a 20-50mmHg gradient compression. Compression straps stretch around the front of the knee, making this wrap easy to don and doff. The butterfly strap can be comfortably worn over the patella for covered flexibility. This comfortable wrap promotes adherence and improved quality of life for anyone suffering from Chronic Venous Disease, Lymphedema or another complex edema. Features: 20-50 mmHg gradient compression. Easy to apply with comfortable compression straps. Simple donning and doffing with the inner stretch panel Covered patella Easily combine with the Compreflex Thigh, Below Knee, and Boot Indicated for Stage I or II Lymphedema, Mild Fibrosis and Post-surgical edema Includes ACCUTAB devices.

Really hoped this would help but the brace simply will not stay on my knee no matter how tight I pull it. It slides down from the top of the knee and creates a very tight wrap on my lower knee when walking. Often have to stop and go into a restroom to fix it and pull it back up only to repeat the process many times.
