Runs VERY small

I ordered based on recs and previous orders from Walmart.com. This runs SO small - at least 2-3 sizes smaller. And, it's a very thin material. Not what I expected. Need to return, and that's not easy. Cost to ship for return/refund will be more than I paid for item. Trying to work this out. Vendor is being responsive to my requests.
