- The Wrangler All-Terrain uses a new tread compound that is stronger while being longer lasting as well. This new compound features a layer of DuPont Kevlar that increases resistance to cuts, chunks and tears, which has shown to work quite well in this series. Kevlar also provides added strength and durability for drivers that usually drive on gravel, or unpaved roads and terrain. The Durawall Technology by Goodyear enhances sidewall integrity by preventing punctures, cuts and chunking. The aggressive tread pattern has open shoulder blocks and siped tread lugs for increased grip in rain or snow situations and conditions. The inside is made of up two belts with high-tensile steel and added layer of Kevlar for strength and durability.
