These are great. They taste disgusting, have terrible texture, but they dissolve rapidly, they are the best for the price, and they work! They will help you sleep for sure. Just make sure you are prepared for a long UNDISTURBED NIGHT OF SLEEP. It may end up being like 12 hrs but just plan to get a LONG sleep the first night you take them. Oh geez you will regret it otherwise.
