Don't know why every mouse isn't this quiet but if you want a mouse that doesn't wake your house during an insomnia attack this is the one. Left click, right click, scroll are all tons quieter than their standard counterparts. The mouse is a little smaller in your hand but you get use to it almost immediately. The product contains a USB which is small enough to fit in the battery compartment of the mouse (I'm assuming for travel purposes). No installation required. Just plug in the USB, turn the mouse on (with batteries in place) and get to clicking. I'm a little paranoid (I'm not familiar with the brand) so I take the USB out when going to banking websites or if the noise of my normal mouse doesn't matter. Go ahead and get it, it works. You'll start to realize how noisy your typing is...

They DO exist! Truly a dream come true for a very decent price. An honest to goodness noiseless, wireless mouse that actually does what it claims to do! It was a bit disconcerting at first, not hearing that normal "click" to tell me my task was done, but after the first couple of tries, I was in heaven. It you concentrate, you can still hear a very faint and muffled click, but it's barely audible and not at all distracting. Smooth, easy to hold, with a normal scroll bar. Definitely money well spent and I would recommend this product to everyone!
