Can't wear

First, it took 3 weeks past the expected arrival date to get delivered. I understand slight delays in processing but 3 weeks seems excessive. Second, the shoes are not true to size and I can't wear them. I wear a size 10.5 so I ordered an 11. They are so tight I can't even stand in them, let alone walk. They are super cute and I am very disappointed.
