I have breastfed 4 children and I have never come across a product that works so quickly. I mix 2 packets in my 40oz Stanley with water and a small amount of ice and drink on it throughout the day. By that night, I've got extra milk leaking. I've gone weeks without a let-down bc I didn't realize I was dehydrated. I drank this for 2 days and by the second night I was having let downs every time my baby nursed. The taste isn't bad at all to me. I like lemonade a lot. At first it was a little odd bc it was different but now I can drink it without issue. I'm on my second container.

I'm glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews. It actually taste great (I add a bit more water than recommended because I don't like it too sweet) and besides the powder being a bit hard to dissolve, it does after awhile of hard stirring! I feel like it has helped!
