Orgenic 8" Green Fry Pan

this pan is one of the best I have found in a ceramic inside pan. I did buy a cheaper ceramic fry pan that worked well, but had a scratch in the ceramic coating it works now, but that could result in premature wear. this Orgreenic pan has no such defect on the one I purchased. the orgreenic pan shown here works very well for me I bought it as a 2nd pan, but it is my primary 8' fry pan now. easy to clean with the orgreenic that I purchased. I think that if one cooks with oil- do be careful not to burn the oil even a little, or it might be hard to clean up after that. I have cooked with coconut oil, and vegatable oil, olive oil, and this pan was easy for me to clean up. IF there is any stubborn stains use a good Teflon scrub pad and with a little care use a mild food safe cleanser>be careful however, and be sure you thoroughly rinse all remaining cleanser off good. I would try, just dish washing soap and a Teflon scrub pad do this only for stubborn stains, which I have never had very often

I have enjoyed this pan a long time and will only use this pan. I also bought a few white ceramic pans thinking they had the new non-stick technology. They worked better than teflon but quickly start to stick and stick far more than Orgreenic. This is a real gem.
