So it signs electrical impulses throughout your forearms up your arms and it forces your limbs to twitch like imagine going to the doctors and the doctor hit your leg and it forces it to move. It's essentially the same thing now I definitely felt it working on my forearms, but for my back arms, I would just suggest to manually work that out.
