I purchased these steps for my 2011 Ram 3500 mega cab. Shipping was amazingly fast. The box was a little damaged as expected, but the steps were unscathed. All parts and hardware were included. I installed both sides in less than two hours by myself. Very simple process, unless you take the extra step and do the drilling for the extra support. I have yet to do this, but plan on it. They seem pretty sturdy so far. They look great on my truck! My wife and kids don't have to struggle to get in anymore.
