The Incas were smart even if they couldn't predict own demise :-) (sorry had today that) This is the best supplement I have used in my 60 years and I find 4 per day enough for my needs even though the recommendation is 6 caps a day. This product has given my fatigue/energy levels a kick in the pants that was greatly needed thank you Maca Magic and Swanson :-)
