How to Brew Black Tea with Double Turkish Tea Pot 1. Fill the larger teapot with drinking water and put it on the stove with the smaller empty pot on top. 2. When the water in the larger pot starts boiling, turn off the stove and wait for about a minute. 3. Pour the boiled water into the smaller pot and add three tablespoons of fresh tea leaves on top. 4. Fill the larger teapot with drinking water again and wait until it boils in low heat with the smaller pot on top. 5. Your tea will be fully brewed after 15 minutes! 6. Brewed tea can be added to your tea cup depending on how strong or light you desire your tea. Then, add the boiled water from the larger pot to your tea cup until it is full.
