The packaging should not show a picture of the saucers if they are not included.

Packaged with care, had several layers of bubble wrap and arrived on time.

the inside wrapping of this idem in the box that it arrived in was EXCELLENT(!), but the taping methop of the exterior of the box in arrived in was virtually almost all lose and was a hair from preventing the box from busting wide open. So, more thorough taping would of made the delivery flawless. The idem itself was exactly what i was looking for.

Shipped fast. The description says it is a milk pot, but it can be used as a small tea pot. Very high quality. Happy with this purchase

The description of the item was clear and correct. Received this product in time, and it was packaged well so the items were all in good shape.

I am livid it was late and package is open!! I’ve been on hold with Walmart for over 30 mins …. And they can’t do anything so this is a waste of $25 like a plastic bag shipped in cardboard it’s like a bag chips that is shipped alone. It’s on my floor my counter and again Walmart can’t do anything, although they’re blaming the seller and the price went down by $8
