I'm Impressed. Excellent Hot Plate

This induction hot plate from Amzchef is really nice. Boiling water is no problem. I started at 300F, but I had to turn down the temperature because I hadn't added all my soup ingredients before it started to boil. I boiled the soup 3 minutes covered at 200F, then turned the power off and left the pan covered on the hot plate for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the water was gone and noodles were perfect. The hot plate had cooled off quite a bit. This is the first time I tried it and it worked great. The boiling was evenly distributed over the whole pot so the heat distribution is good. I heard no noise except for the cooling fan. I'm very pleased with this hot plate.
