Cooking: For 1 serving use 1 cup water (For thicker cereal add less water. For thinner cereal add more water), 1/8 tsp salt (optional), 1/3 cup Wheatena. For 2 servings use 2 cups water (For thicker cereal add less water. For thinner cereal add more water), 1/4 tsp salt (optional), 2/3 cup Wheatena. For 4 servings use 4 cups water (For thicker cereal add less water. For thinner cereal add more water), 1/2 tsp salt (optional), 1-1/3 cup Wheatena. Stove Top: Combine water, salt and Wheatena in saucepan. Heat to a rapid boil over high heat; stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to maintain a low boil. Cook 4 to 5 minutes or to desired consistency, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; cover until ready to serve. Stir before serving. Microwave (1 Serving): Combine water, salt and Wheatena in a 2-cup microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High until boiling, about 2 minutes; stir. Reduce power to Medium-Low. Microwave for 2-1/2 minutes. Stir before serving. Times given are approximate. Use care when removing bowl from oven, it may be hot.
