More then enough

I started a position as an IT manager and one of the things that needed to be done was enclose all the servers in a rack. Well i needed to choose one UPS to provide battery backup to these 7 servers. I chose this to test and it is more than what i expected. I have seven servers, a 24 port gigabit switch, a kvm box and a slide out monitor and keyboard plugged into it and only 2 of the load lights are on. We had a power outage and this baby lasted over 20 minutes!!!! Really great UPS or the money and size and overall ease. Network Management card is great. Sends automated emails and provides SNMP Monitoring.

USB Connectivity for Management!

This model offers USB connectivity, which provides management of the UPS via a USB port (not available on most other models). Also note that, unlike many inferior models, this UPS provides pure sine wave output while on battery power, which is recommended by server manufacturers using active power factor corrected (PFC) power supplies. Truly a unique 3kVA UPS!

APC Smart-UPS XL 3000VA

Great Product for an emails business, especially when running out of space on my racks , Tower UPS was a good choice. Very reliable and smooth. Great Product.
