My daughter has a gluten allergy and I make a delicious strawberry shortcake using Bisquick and it is one of her favorite items. This gluten-free version taste almost identical to the flower version and has a wonderful texture. I have also made biscuits out of it, and it was very good. My daughter loves this product as a gluten-free option.
