The weights are a little impractical when it comes to certain movements such as squats because of the long bars, and the screws loosen up pretty easily. For beginners it's good enough but I don't think I'll use this set for more than a year, I might want to upgrade to better quality weights, so it's not a very good investment. Super useful though!
