Happy so far.

I haven't used it very much yet as I have bought it to use in our motor home. I was pleased when I took it out of the package as it was very light and much smaller than my other pot, which is what I hoped for. I have just tried using the sauté, slow cook and pressure cook in my kitchen to cook recipes that I often cook. I was very pleased with the results and think it should work really well in my motor home.

This Instant Pot Mini is Brilliant

We're a family of four adults and let me tell you, this wee pot is absolutely fabulous. I've cooked so many amazing meals, stews, curries, soups, Italian and so much more. It's a fabulous all rounder and thrilled with the cooking results.

Excellent for meal prepping

I've used this multiple times for meal prep and it works so well. Baked sweet potatoes in 25 minutes, cooked perfectly and hard boiled eggs came out beautifully - I'm an experienced cook but struggle to get pretty hard boiled eggs so these peeling perfectly was awesome. Rice comes out perfectly. I love the stainless insert over nonstick as well. The smaller size is perfect for cooking for my family of four and it doesn't take up a ton of space on my counter. My former pressure cooker was an off brand and I'll be sticking to instapot if this ever needs replaced.
