First white cheddar Mac and Cheese I've ever tried, and I was impressed. It is quite pricey, but it mostly makes up for it with the added fiber, protein, and lower fat content. It's not a health food at all, but it's a much better option than your standard run of the mill Mac and Cheese. Try making it with blended cottage cheese for a big flavor and protein boost.
