Awesome Natural Mood Booster
This product really delivers. I feel happier within 30 minutes to an hour of taking. And I tend to have a general wellbeing throughout the day as well. I usually take on an empty stomach - I sometimes take 2 capsules per dose depending on how down I feel. Otherwise, I only take 1.

A "Must have" for liver defense
This product is one that I use to offset the use of needed supplements that are not that good for me overall. It helps to protect my liver and keep my body cleansed and healthier. I use this with sylimarin and turmeric. All three make perfect a noticeable difference.
