Omg
This is the strongest tincture of this brand in my opinion. I didn't know I needed to mix it with water or something, and straight put it under my tongue with a dropper. Next you know my tongue swell up and became numb, and as I even mixed it with water it felt so strong that my chest was burning too. I needed to eat lots of food to “balance” this uncomfortable sensation I was having. All in all I do recommend this product, but please use it as it is ended to dilute with a liquid, and it still works very potently.

Oregano spirits
Amazing product. Great quality. Tastes awful but will see off a cold or flu. Start taking at the first sniffle or prickly throat. Just quickly down it as per instructions in water and drink some fresh water straight after. I was well impressed with the effectiveness of this product and will keep some in the medicine cabinet. Highly recommend.

Good for Crohn's Disease patients
As a Crohn's disease patient, i suffered from stricture in my large intestine that caused obstructions of food and the way from there to a emergency and a surgery is quite short. But with this product, more then other Oregano products, i was able to stop the obstruction and avoid emergency situation and a surgery. The Oregano oil probably kills bacteria that flourish in the obstruction and worsen the situation.
