Bigger brush head, like a standard brush

The brush head is a little bigger, more like a standard toothbrush rather than the somewhat smaller head of the Sonicare brush. The larger head seems to work fine on the Sonicare. The Equate bristles are soft as dentists recommend. So, it seems perfectly adequate and it would be a purely subjective thing should you prefer one over the other. The one overwhelming difference is the price, with Equate being hugely more affordable.

Very good for on a budget

I prefer Sonicare brand, but these have proven to be really good when my wallet is tight. You can't tell if a generic toothbrush head will be good and/or safe, and at least with Walmart's Equate, you know there's a corporation in the USA that will be liable if something goes wrong with the toothbrush head I had a fake Sonicare toothbrush head (a cheaply-made one that was put in an official-looking Sonicare packaging) that broke when I used it, and that's downright dangerous. So, if you are going off-brand, this is a very good option
